Youth Leader Training

This page is dedicated to help youth, parents and leaders understand what possibilities are available in youth leadership training.

Training plans for youth leaders form a continuing cycle. Each element leads to the next. As soon as recruited, the youth leader enters the cycle with an introductory explanation of the job and its duties. From there, the cycle carries the youth though the process of increase training for added responsibilities.
